About the Journal

Guarracuco Sostenible, whose name honours the bird that symbolises the Eastern Plains of Colombia, is an open access, peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Corporación Universitaria del Meta - UNIMETA in Villavicencio, Colombia. It publishes research articles, reflection articles and review articles on environmental, social and economic sustainability from engineering, law, economics and the social sciences, with particular attention to the Orinoquia-Amazonia region of Colombia.
